The General Management, in cooperation with the various Department Heads, ensures the identification and implementation of all necessary procedures to protect company data and maintain its confidentiality.
Protection of the company network from external access via the Internet
Protection of individual workstations from unauthorized internal access
Backup and maintenance of the company database
Protection of computer systems from power surges, outages, and fires
Protection of paper-based data from unauthorized access and fire hazards
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE LEGAL USE OF HD SLIPPERS DATA BY CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
HD Slippers authorizes customers and suppliers to process, within the limits established by law, only the company data necessary for ongoing technical and commercial relationships. Any other use of such data is strictly prohibited.
MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIER DATA BY HD SLIPPERS
HD Slippers undertakes to use Client and Supplier data exclusively for the purpose of maintaining technical and commercial relationships. The company also commits not to disclose such data to third parties unrelated to the purposes for which it was collected, and to implement all necessary procedures to prevent illegal or accidental access to said data.
